This capsule collection of 13 tweeds is inspired by the soft colours and textures found in the land and seascapes that surround Donegal. Designed and woven by our team in the mill, we have used the highest quality woollen yarns, creating a mixture or designs and weaves.

 

The colours work around soft sea greens, earthy browns, floral pinks, cloudy grey’s & sky blue – all crossed with a rich cream. Designs include a broken wave, classic herringbone & oversized salt & pepper.

Each fabric features colourful neps throughout, synonymous with Donegal tweeds – aquamarine, gorse yellow, pale pink, baby blue & nutty brown to name a few of these colourful speckles.

With a ‘rub test’ or Martindale test of 22,000 – 25,000 – these fabrics are suitable for domestic use – furnishing, drapery and upholstery.
