Limited edition fabrics will not be repeated, when they’re gone they’re gone.
All our fabrics by the meter are designed and woven at our mill in Donegal town where we have been weaving for over 150 years.
We focus on natural fibres for our fabrics, wool – merino/lambswool, cashmere, silk, linen and alpaca are central to our collections. These natural fibres are renewable and biodegradable, coming from all-natural sources. The handle (feel) of the fabrics is natural, soft and luxurious.
We endeavour to take the most accurate possible photos of our fabrics, but as all screens differ they can appear differently on each device. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a sample.

I've bought 4 metres of this fabric to make a double-breast overcoat and I can say the fabric is very soft, thick, and warm. It is not your run-of-the-mill fabric, the 20-oz tweed fabric is warm and thick enough to survive through the harsh winter in Montréal where I live. Besides my Canada Goose, this will be my next go-to overcoat. The fabric with its flecks bring on the wilderness of Irish landscape, and I personally find them very elegant. The colour is a crossbreeding of green and navy but more on the green side. The delivery service offered by Magee is fast and reliable with tracking number. My package arrived within a week since the date of order. Overall the fabric is beautiful, soft, thick and warm. For anyone living in the locations where the winter is as severe as in Canada, I do recommend this 20-oz fabric, although I think 15-oz would be sufficient for somewhere like Toronto or Montréal.
