Christmas Extended Returns Policy
We are delighted to announce that we have extended our Returns Policy for orders placed over the festive period, any orders placed online between 22nd November 2023 & 22nd December 2023 are returnable up until 9th January 2024*. A returns form will be enclosed along with your original order. The returns form will give you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.
* 14 days of receipt for Past Collections items.
Returns & Exchanges
If for whatever reason you wish to return any Magee 1866 items, you may do so within 30 days of receipt (14 days of receipt for sale items). Unless they are faulty, goods must be returned in perfect condition (unused and undamaged), in their original packaging with tags/tickets attached.*
Returns are at the customers expense however you can return your items into one of our Magee 1866 stores (Excluding Arnotts) FREE of charge. Alternatively, we do have a reduced rate that you can use via DPD, see below for instructions and costings.
Please note: The below applies to both Ireland and Northern Ireland based customers only.
Returns made easy with DPD. Follow the steps below:
- 1. Visit DPD returns page: DPD/Returns
- 2. Select 'Magee 1866' from the list of retailers
- 3. Enter your ORDER ID in the 'Reference Number' section
- 4. Select your reason for return
- 5. Select your parcel size & weight
- 6. Select your payment options and print your label
- 7. Drop off to a Pickup Point nearby - (Almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country)
All returns are charged at a flat rate of €6.35. Magee 1866 cannot be held liable for lost parcels. If your returned parcel is lost, please contact DPD/help.

This gives you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us for a refund or exchange. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.
If you wish to exchange the same garment for a different size or to exchange the garment for a different product then please fill out the exchange section on the returns form. If any additional payment is required, our customer service team will follow up with a phone call.
*Please note that there are no returns on altered garments.
Timings: Returns will be processed within 10-14 working days of receipt. We will let you know your return has been processed via the email address or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.
