Returns & Exchanges

We are delighted to announce that we have extended our Returns Policy for orders placed over the festive period, any orders placed online from 25th November 2024 are returnable up until 10th January 2025*. A returns form will be enclosed along with your original order. The returns form will give you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.

* 14 days of receipt for Past Collections items.

If for whatever reason you wish to return any Magee 1866 items, you may do so within 30 days of receipt (14 days of receipt for sale items). Unless they are faulty, goods must be returned in perfect condition (unused and undamaged), in their original packaging with tags/tickets attached.*

Returns are at the customers expense however you can return your items into one of our Magee 1866 stores (Excluding Arnotts) FREE of charge. If you are outside the UK or Ireland you must organise returns with your local post office or courier at your own expense. Please send your items securely, Magee 1866 cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and a ‘sign for’ service.

If you wish to exchange the same garment for a different size or to exchange the garment for a different product then please fill out the exchange section on the returns form. If any additional payment is required, our customer service team will follow up with a phone call.

A returns form will be enclosed along with your items. This gives you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us for a refund or exchange.  Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.

For International returns, we offer reduced rates with DHL.  Simply purchase this DHL Label from our website and we will arrange a DHL collection. Magee1866 cannot be held liable for courier charges, custom duties or lost parcels.

Timings: Returns will be processed within 10-14 working days of receipt. We will let you know your return has been processed via the email address or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.
