Returns & Exchanges

We are delighted to announce that we have extended our Returns Policy for orders placed over the festive period, any orders placed online from 25th November 2024 are returnable up until 10th January 2025*. A returns form will be enclosed along with your original order. The returns form will give you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.

* 14 days of receipt for Past Collections items.

Returns & Refunds Policy – Magee 1866

We hope you love your Magee 1866 purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

• You have 14 days from the date you physically receive your goods to notify us that you wish to return an item.
• Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Refunds

• Full refunds are available for items returned within the 14-day period, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns requested after 14 days from physical receipt are not eligible for a refund.
• In these cases, we may offer a Magee 1866 voucher instead, except for sale items, where no voucher can be issued.

Faulty or Quality Issues

• If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality, your statutory rights apply.
• Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

• We do not offer a direct exchange service.
• If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund (if within the returns window) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not cover or reimburse return postage.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For International returns, we offer reduced rates with DHL.  Simply purchase this DHL Label from our website and we will arrange a DHL collection. Magee1866 cannot be held liable for courier charges, custom duties or lost parcels.

*Please note that there are no returns on altered garments.

Timings: Returns will be processed within 10-14 working days of receipt. We will let you know your return has been processed via the email address or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.
