Please note that we cannot deliver to your local post office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you letting you know how to arrange another delivery or where you can pick up your order in person.
Items are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email containing all your delivery details including a tracking number.

In order for you to see where your items are, we will send a tracking number with your dispatch email. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please contact us. You can also track your order by visiting either DHL, UPS, DPD Ireland or DPD UK websites and entering your tracking details into the require fields.
