This is a prepaid returns label for items to be returned from online purchases. This is the most cost effective way for returning garments and will waive all custom duties.
When you have completed your purchase, we will provide you with a label via an email which you will have to stick onto the parcel. DHL will collect your parcel from the delivery address and you will need to ring DHL for a suitable time collection.
Please note that pricing will vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel, if purchasing this solely, select the shipping method as Gift Voucher Email.
