Getting your goods to you quickly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That is why we ask that your order be signed for on delivery.

Please note that we cannot deliver to your local post office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you letting you know how to arrange another delivery or where you can pick up your order in person.
Items are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email containing all your delivery details including a tracking number.
Delivery within Ireland is free of charge and is sent on a 24-Hour delivery service which is a tracked service using DPD Ireland Next Day and requires signature upon delivery, order before 12pm to avail of this service. Please allow 1 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery.
Track My Order
In order for you to see where your items are, we will send a tracking number with your dispatch email. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please contact us. You can also track your order by visiting the DPD website and entering your tracking details into the require fields.
Returns & Refunds Policy
A returns form will be enclosed along with your original order. The returns form will give you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns. If you cannot find your returns form, you can download a copy here.
Orders of E-Gift Vouchers are sent to the email address that you provided at the time of purchase on the order notes as required/instructed when purchasing.
If you did not include an email address, our customer service team will contact you to attain this information and as such, may cause a delay on sending the E-Gift.
