Important update regarding Brexit related Import Tax and Charges for orders to the UK (excludes Northern Ireland):
Brexit came into effect on 1 January 2021 which means that there are new customs regulations for orders being delivered to the UK from Ireland. If you place an order over £135 to be delivered to the UK, you may receive communications from the courier around various charges including ‘Import Tax’ and ‘Administration/Processing Charges’. If you do receive a courier notification on this area, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com. We will work with you to try and resolve any issues.
We would like to reassure you that we are continuing to ship to the UK. We are continuing to monitor the new customs implications and will be keeping you updated as the situation evolves.
Please note these customs changes do not affect Northern Irish customers.
Magee 1866 is based in the Republic of Ireland and remains within the EU, outside of orders to the UK, service remains as normal around the world.

Magee 1866 offers the following delivery options to Ireland. All Irish orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

Getting your goods to you quickly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That is why we ask that your order be signed for on delivery.
Email & SMS Pre-alerts with 1 hour delivery window.
Please note that we cannot deliver to your local post office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you letting you know how to arrange another delivery or where you can pick up your order in person.
Items are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email containing all your delivery details including a tracking number.
Delivery within Ireland is free of charge and is sent on a 24-Hour delivery service which is a tracked service using DPD Ireland Next Day and requires signature upon delivery, order before 12pm to avail of this service. Please allow 1 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery.

Track My Order
In order for you to see where your items are, we will send a tracking number with your dispatch email. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please contact us. You can also track your order by visiting either FedEx or DPD websites and entering your tracking details into the require fields.
It is your responsibility to comply with all local customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.Please visit your regional customs website for further information.
Returns & Refunds Policy
A returns form will be enclosed along with your original order. The returns form will give you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns. If you cannot find your returns form, you can download a copy here.
Orders of E-Gift Vouchers are sent to the email address that you provided at the time of purchase on the order notes as required/instructed when purchasing.
If you did not include an email address, our customer service team will contact you to attain this information and as such, may cause a delay on sending the E-Gift.
